The only moment we have is NOW. We can’t wait for circumstances to be perfect in order to show up as the parent we want to be for our children. It’s not, when I have more time, when I won’t have to go to work, when I get all my errands done, when I’ll feel less stressed.....it’s NOW. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Lately I have been so aware of the way life has gone back to all this busy-ness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I realize how much I need to make the time in my day for stillness, to connect with myself so that I can be more present with all my interactions. I’m definitely a work in progress, but grateful for gentle reminders from people I love.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When we can be still, we can be more present. We can truly play and enjoy our children, be supportive during emotional outbursts and appreciate the small moments (that we may miss and not see when we are too busy to even notice) 💕

Today, I can tell you that the key to true happiness is in the bonding and healing with our own inner child.💕 From there, all your relationships will transform! I have come to believe that our own children are our own inner child in physical form!
